Do I need to be home?

Nope! As long as the gate is unlocked, or we have a way to access the yard, you don’t need to be home.

What do you do when you leave my yard?

We always make sure the gate is closed and latched and any lock is secured again before we leave. All waste is bagged and taken away with us, so nothing is left behind in your yard or your bins.

How and when do I pay?​

We invoice at the end of each month via email. Payments can be made through e-transfer at payments@pepperspoopscoopers.com

Do you do cleanups over the winter?

Yes! We work year-round, and currently work all recognized holidays except Christmas and New Year's Day.

What if the weather is bad?

If it's storming or there's a heavy snowfall, service will be postponed and a text will be sent out.

Can my dog be out in the yard?

We love to see your dogs! As long as they're friendly, we love to say hello :)
