FAQ's
Do I need to be home when you come by?
As long as the gate is unlocked or we are able to access the yard, you do not need to be home.
How and when do I pay?
We invoice at the end of each month via email. Payments can be made through e-transfer at payments@pepperspoopscoopers.com
Do you do cleanups over the winter?
We offer year-round cleanups, and currently work all recognized holidays except Christmas and New Years Day.
Can my dog be out in the yard?
We love to see your dogs! As long as they're okay with us coming in the yard, we love to say hello :)
