Terms of Service

1. Services Offered

We provide:

• Weekly dog waste cleanup

• Seasonal or one-time cleanups

• Annual service plans

• Commercial pet waste station maintenance

2. Booking and Payment

• Bookings can be made online, by phone, or email

• Payments are due before or on the 1st of the month

• We accept e-transfer, credit card, and cash (if arranged)

• Late or missed payments may lead to service suspension

3. Cancellations and Missed Visits

• Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice

• Missed visits due to inaccessible yards, aggressive pets, or unsafe conditions are non-refundable

4. Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure:

• Gates are unlocked

• Pets are secured

• Yard is accessible and safe for our team

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean or offer a credit.

6. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Minor lawn or surface damage from normal cleaning activities

• Hazards or damage not disclosed in advance

7. Privacy

All personal information is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

8. Termination

We may terminate services for non-payment, safety issues, or repeated last-minute cancellations. You may cancel service anytime with notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Alberta law. Any disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Alberta.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
