Terms of Service

1. Services Offered

We provide the following services, subject to availability:

• Weekly dog waste cleanup

• Spring cleanups and one-time cleanups

• Ongoing service plans

• Commercial pet waste station maintenance

• In-home pet check-ins for dogs and cats

• Dog walking services
   

Service availability may vary based on location, weather, scheduling, and staffing.
 

2. Booking and Payment

• Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by email

• Payments are due before or on the 1st of each month for recurring services

• One-time services must be paid in advance unless otherwise arranged

• We accept e-transfer, credit card, and cash (by arrangement)

• Late or missed payments may result in service suspension or cancellation
   

3. Cancellations, Missed Visits, and Weather

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice

• Missed visits due to inaccessible yards, unsecured or aggressive pets, unsafe conditions, or severe weather are non-refundable

• For dog walking and pet check-ins, weather-related adjustments may be made to ensure pet and staff safety
   

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and effective service, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about pets, including temperament and any special needs

• Ensure gates are unlocked and yards or homes are accessible

• Secure pets as instructed for cleanup services

• Notify us in advance of any known hazards or changes
   

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in missed visits without refund.
 

5. Pet Care Services Disclaimer

While we take great care during dog walking and pet check-ins:

• Pets remain the responsibility of the owner

• We are not responsible for illness, injury, escape, or behavioral issues unless caused by proven negligence

• Owners agree to inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or behavioral concerns in advance
   

Emergency veterinary care will be sought if required, and any related costs are the responsibility of the pet owner.
 

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a cleanup service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to address the issue or apply a service credit where appropriate.
 

This guarantee does not apply to services affected by accessibility, safety concerns, or conditions beyond our control.
 

7. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Minor lawn, surface, or property wear resulting from normal service activities

• Pre-existing hazards or damage not disclosed in advance

• Delays or missed services due to weather, emergencies, or safety concerns
   

8. Privacy

All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used only for service-related purposes.
 

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, safety concerns, repeated last-minute cancellations, or failure to meet customer responsibilities.

Customers may cancel services at any time with appropriate notice.
 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta. Any disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within Alberta.
 

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
